For help with your account or a Hilly pass, write to support@hillyard.live. Include the event name and the email you used to sign in. Keep your password and entry code private.

Find your pass

Sign in with the same email on Hilly and open your passes. A confirmed free reservation has a door code. A waitlist position becomes a reservation when a place opens. Refresh your wallet before you leave for the event.

Paid tickets

The checkout provider on your receipt handles paid tickets and refunds. Contact the organizer for event changes, access requirements and door times.

Delete an account

In Hilly, open your account, choose Delete account and confirm with your password. Contact support if you need help accessing your account.
